Ila

Here's Ila (Inuit name that means "companion"), a female polar bear G.E.L.F. who lives way up in Canada's Northwest Territories. Here she's taking a little vacation time further south...maybe with the hopes of finding a nice guy to snuggle with. ;) Ila is, as one might imagine, a lot stronger than she looks (she is a polar bear after all), though she's quite a nice lady and gentle when playing--just don't honk her off, or you might find out just how strong she really is. :^O

Ila is a large gal, standing at 6 ft 8 in, weighing in around 250 lbs., has nearly white fur, and brown eyes. Her fur is quite thick, and keeps her warm on those long, cold Arctic nights (and the occasional swim).

I drew this using a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil with HB lead, a 6B graphite stick, various blending and shading tools, on Georgia-Pacific's "Everyday Copy & Print" paper.
